With over 25 years of experience as a CEO in various industries, Jeff Chavez is a business and leadership expert who is focused on organizational excellence. Driven to provide the best customer experience in the Solar and Renewable Energy industry, Jeff leads his dynamic team of Solar Industry experts with passion and laser focus.
As an active General Contractor in multiple states, Russ Johnson is responsible for holding construction teams accountable for Excellence, Craftsmanship, and Reliability. Prior to Volition Solutions, Russ led and managed residential and solar teams in Japan and throughout the United States – overseeing the implementation of more than 3,000 residential and commercial Solar and HVAC installations. He is a fantastic leader who executes exceptionally.
With more than 35 years of construction-related experience, Larry Wares provides excellent guidance to our construction team’s standards and objectives. After receiving a BS degree in Construction Management in 1984, Mr. Wares worked for two of Southern Californias leading general contracting firms, where he excelled at the art of estimating/competitive bidding, conceptual budgeting and other pre-construction skills.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Larry is the founder of BidFax and Buzzsaw.com, acquired by Autodesk, Inc. Currently, he leads RM Dalton, one of the nation’s premier commercial construction companies.
